WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

Hi, My Name Is Tabitha Duzan

I have been teaching for the last 5 years. My favorite part of teaching is building relationships with students and getting to see the understanding of a difficult concept dawn on these amazing little faces. It makes me feel truly blessed that I am able to experience this as my job.

I wanted to be able to have a broader impact and spend more time at home with my 2 young children and that is how Learning is a Duzy was born. This business is allowing me to still get to see those light bulb moments, have an impact not just in my own city but across the state, and be able to stay home and raise my babies.

My success as a tutor is determined by the success of my students. I get to chose who I am able to have an impact on and that is what makes me different. I do not offer my services to someone if I do not truly believe I will make an impact on their learning. I will not sell you something I do not think will be of benefit to you.

We start by finding out exactly where your student is through a diagnostic assessment. From there we are able to build an individualized plan.

After coming up with a plan it becomes easier to know what needs to be worked on. By precision practice I can help your student build skills thorough practiced repetition which will help them to build strong math muscles.

STEP 3

Perform

Lastly after students have worked hard and practiced their math skills they will perform on assessments. This will show them how well they have built their skills and build the confidence they need to continue on strong in their math learning.
